What do i need to bring for signing?
Valid driver's license or passport.

What Information is needed to open Escrow?
To open escrow, you will need to provide the following information:
Purchase and Sale Agreement signed by seller and buyer,
The Purchase and Sale Agreement is usually plaxed in escrow by one of the real estate agents, 
or in case of a property for sale by owner , by the buyer or the seller.
Earnest money

Purchase price, address, and description of property
Seller’s name, address
Buyer’s name, address
Name of real estate agent, if any, his or her address, and the commission agreed upon
Parties to whom preliminary reports are to be sent (usually, buyer, seller, lender, and real estate agent).
Termite report information
Amount of deposit to be held in escrow
Buyer’s hazard insurance agent
Financing information
Personal property involved in the sale, if any (for example, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, window coverings, chandeliers, etc.)
Rents, if any, including due dates and refundable deposits
Miscellaneous information pertinent to your purchase
Closing date
Current tax bills and most recent title policy (if available – not necessary).
